Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will ship out your desired product. The customer will be required to pay the postage fees returning the item/items to our facility. Momentum will then cover the postage costs of sending the new item(s) to you.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange, please contact us at info@momentumactive.com.au and carefully follow the instructions to ensure your return is successful. Items sent back to us without following the instructions will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any items considered faulty within a 30 day period may be returned. However, any issues outside of this period are considered to be wear and tear and cannot be returned.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

Refunds are ONLY accepted if an item is deemed damaged/faulty.

We do not provide refunds on items due to change of mind. In this case, a store credit or an exchange can be issued upon return of the goods in their original condition.

Goods deemed to be faulty must be returned back to Momentum before we can issue a refund.

Momentum Active will not be held accountable for any missing or damaged returns in transit to our delivery address.

For refunds, you will be notified once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund back to you.
